Whether you’re shopping for an engagement ring, wedding band, or both, giving yourself enough lead time is the key to a smooth and stress-free experience.
Here’s everything you need to know to plan ahead and get your ring in time for your fall proposal or wedding.
When Should I Order for a Fall Proposal?
If you’re planning to pop the question in September, October, or November, the time to order is now. Most of our made to order rings take 4 to 5 weeks to craft from the time your order is placed. If you’re designing something custom, we recommend allowing 6 to 7 weeks from first inquiry to final shipment, especially if you want time to make design tweaks or see 3D renderings before production.
Timeline tip:
Working backward is helpful. If your proposal is October 15, we suggest placing your order no later than early September to ensure your ring is ready, photographed, and in your hands with time to spare.
What About Wedding Bands?
Wedding bands are just as important and often get left until the last minute. If you’re getting married this fall, plan to order your bands at least 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. This gives us time to handcraft your rings and accommodate any special requests like engraving or custom sizing.
Planning ahead also means you’ll have time to try on options, especially if you’re deciding between a straight, curved, or contour band. And yes, you can book a virtual appointment to try on styles, get styling advice, or even send us a photo of your hand so we can digitally visualize your stack.
Choosing Between Ready to Ship and Made to Order

Ready to Ship / One of a Kind Rings: Already crafted and typically ship in 3 to 5 days (including resizing if needed). Great if your timeline is short.

Made to Order Rings: Made from scratch in your selected size and metal. Production takes 4 to 5 weeks, with custom pieces taking up to 6 weeks.
Booking Appointments
Our showroom is located in downtown Los Angeles and open Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM PST. We’re not open on weekends, so we encourage booking weekday visits in advance to make sure we can give you our full attention. Virtual consultations are also available and a great option if you're not local.
