We recommend beginning the custom process 8-10 weeks before you want your ring completed in hand. This ensures we have enough time during the design phase, which can take up to 2 weeks, and the production phase which takes 4-6 weeks as each ring is crafted by hand here in our studio. If you have a tighter deadline, we will do our best to accommodate, but please let us know of your timeline ahead of time.
Payment
If we are sourcing stones on your behalf, we can only hold these for up to 3 days before we need a deposit on your piece. For pieces $10K and above, you may put a 75% deposit down and pay the remainder once complete. Under 10K we require a full deposit on your piece to begin. Checking out with a custom invoice is the same as checking out for any piece in our collection since we email you an invoice that links back to our website, and is eligible for financing using Affirm, or Shop-pay, our two financing partners.

Here at Berlinger, we work with clients all over the world and are experts in working with you via phone, video chat, and email.
