Invoices for custom orders or 50% initial deposits on custom pieces are final sale and non refundable. Please note, because our custom jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns. All custom and made to order pieces are final sale. Final payment is due within seven days of notification that the piece is complete. We ship Fedex-2 day insured shipping, and the customer will be required to sign for the package. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees or items damaged in shipping. If your items are damaged upon arrival, please take detailed photos of the outside of the box as well as the packaging materials and damaged item(s). Email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of delivery to request a replacement. We are unable to issue a replacement without proper documentation. We do accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for unworn and unused items. Jewelry must pass inspection by our quality team to be accepted for exchange.
