Engagement rings are one of life’s most significant purchases, which means you want something unique- something unforgettable, that you can pass down one day. We understand--thats why we've created a custom ring design center.
To help on your custom engagement ring journey, we've decided to answer some common questions that come up during the custom process.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Do custom engagement rings cost more?
No! In fact, creating a custom ring can be one of the most cost-effective options in finding that once-in-a-lifetime piece. We work with you, and the budget you have set, to create a one-of-a-kind ring. Our minimum custom order is $500 dollars.
Can I use alternative stones?
Yes! We often work with turquoise, lapis, meteorite and other non-traditional stones in custom rings. If you imagine it - we can create it, so almost any stone you can think of can be worked into a custom piece.
Can you use my family diamonds/gemstones in a custom ring?
Yes! Once we have decided on a design, and a deposit has been put down, we will send you a pre-paid & insured Fedex shipping label, so that you can send us the stones you would like us to incorporate into your piece.
THE PROCESS
Step 1: We take your ideas, drawings, or photos to mock-up your one-of-a-kind ring design. We work with you to determine the look, feel, size, metal, and stones you want to use in your piece. You'll even receive a personalized "look-book" guiding you through different ideas.
Step 2: We send you a finalized design & price quote.
Step 3: We being crafting your piece. To begin, we require a 50% deposit on the price quoted. Our custom rings take 3-4 weeks to create. Once production is complete, we will charge you the remaining balance prior to shipping. Because these are a custom created pieces, we do not accept returns, however we offer free resizing and repairs within the first year.
Step 4: Once the remaining balance on your custom piece has been paid, we ship your ring via. Fedex Overnight!
Step 5: Enjoy seeing your vision come to life by wearing your custom created ring.
HOW TO SET YOUR BUDGET
We recommend considering your budget before beginning the custom process. There is no “rule” about how much you should spend on a ring & everyone has a different wedding budget or spending comfort level, so be sure to respect yours. However, no matter what your budget is, there will always be a ton of design options in which you can design your perfect ring.
