How do I care for my opal jewelry?
We use fine Ethiopian Opals in our jewelry. Opals are brittle stones, approximately as hard as glass. They should be worn with special attention, as they are extremely susceptible to damage if worn all the time. Ethiopian opals should not get wet or be exposed to excessive heat or changes in temperature, and should be stored in cool, dry areas in tissue.

We can also customize certain rings with engraving on the outside for an additional fee (this depends on the scope of the engraving). Please email us before placing your order at email@example.com about the engraving you would like to include so we can attach this to your order.

What kind of diamonds do you use and where do you get them?
We source stones that will fit in our client’s budget range and ring design. We can give you several options with the total prices for each option. The most commonly used diamonds in our diamond mosaic and collection pieces are G-H in color, and VS or SI1 in clarity. These stones are all hand selected and are eye clean (meaning they do not have any visible inclusions).
The diamonds and gemstones we source are exclusively from reputable dealers who use ethically sourced stones. If you are concerned about using a conflict free stone, we recommend using antique stones (more than 50 years of age) which predate major conflicts. We can directly source from antique stone dealers for you if this is of interest.
I have my own center stone -- can you set it in a Berlinger Ring?Yes! We love working with client’s stones in our designs, and can match any additional stones in the design to your center stone. Once your design is finalized and a deposit is put down on your ring, we will send you a prepaid insured Fedex shipping label to get your stone to our studio to work with.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, we ship via FedEx with full tracking and insurance. Shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days depending on customs. International shipping depends on your location, but costs approximately $150 - $250 and depends on the value of the piece. The client is responsible for any import fees or VAT taxes on jewelry sent out of the country. Please research your country for fees that may be charged by your country's customs.
Can I see more photos/videos of the jewelry than what is online?Yes! Please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to send you as many photos/videos we have of the style so you can get a sense of the piece IRL.
