We offer free shipping on all items within the U.S. We use Fedex Insured Priority, and you will need to sign for the package. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment, and may track your package at Fedex Tracking.​ For international shipments, please email us for an exact quote to ship to your country. International shipment costs vary, but are usually between $100 USD - $150 USD, and are sent through UPS or DHL.

Each piece of Berlinger jewelry is made to order and hand crafted for you. Because our jewelry is custom created, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, we are a very small studio, and ultimately our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your jewelry. If you have a return or exchange request, email us at custom@berlingerrings.com and we will work with you to find a solution.

Should there be any manufacturing defects or breaking during shipping, we will repair your piece free of charge within the first 30 days of purchase. However, our warranty does not cover general wear & tear, loose or lost stones, accidental damage, or lost jewelry. We are a small studio and believe in excellent customer service and will resize, repair, refurbish, and replace lost stones for the lifetime of your jewelry at a discounted rate.

We provide free resizing, and cover the cost of shipping both ways within the first 30 days of receiving your ring.

Because we hand make all of our jewelry in house, each piece is completely customizable. We can change the stone shapes, size, stone type, or use family/antique stones in our settings.
